Jeff and Sasha dig into three filmed dramas with strong female leads — one excellent and two that are fairly deplorable. The goodie is “Full Time,” a currently-streaming French drama about a divorced mother of two struggling to stay afloat. Baddie #1 is “Obsession” (Netflix), a multi-part, woke-minded adaptation of Josephine Hart’s “Damage” but mainly a remake of Louis Malle’s same-titled 1992 film. Baddie #2 is “Fatal Attraction” (Paramount +), a limited series remake of the 1987 Adrian Lyne film. “Full Time” is honest and real —the baddies are basically about woke revisionism in which the female leads are no longer femme fatales but troubled women who are misunderstood.
